Our commitment to enhancing your journey is ongoing, with a local team comprised of native individuals who closely collaborate with the nomadic communities we visit, including golden eagle hunters, Tsaatan reindeer herders, and Gobi camel herders.

We believe in fair compensation that directly supports the livelihoods of these communities. Additionally, we assist them in showcasing their traditional products, such as souvenirs made from wool, skin, and animal bones. Our journey began in mountaineering tourism, and over the past five years, we've expanded our offerings to cover more than 20 areas and a variety of outdoor activities across the country. Whether you're interested in fishing, climbing, photography, or cultural exploration, we have something for everyone.

Meet Erlan Shakhabai, the founder of 'Sayat Travel.' Raised in a typical Kazakh nomadic family, Erlan has been a guide for a decade. Despite graduating as an economist and English-Russian language teacher, he found his calling in Mongolian tourism.

In his years as a guide, Erlan has led countless tours, offering exciting experiences like horse riding, hiking, climbing, boating, and immersive nomadic cultural visits. His guests have included National Geographic photographers, Lonely Planet correspondents, and archeological researchers.

Erlan's expertise lies in crafting eco-friendly tours across Mongolia. He works sustainably with locals, ensuring authentic and enriching experiences for guests from around the world.
